Imaginary Studio's working relationship with Encyclopaedia Britannica began five years ago, when Britannica asked us to design and produce several interactive presentations exploring the possibilities of displaying information in an electronic environment. We continued our relationship working as the exclusive designer for "Spotlights," a series of web sites focused on historic events and cultural studies.
Our long-standing relationship with Britannica lead us to our most recent challenge, which was to design the interface for Encyclopaedia Britannica CD 2000.
