Case Study: Imaginary Studio and Jeremy Horland Studio have collaborated on several projects where engaging design needed to seamlessly integrate with complex database programming in a highly dynamic environment.

In the spring of 2000, a New York based anti-gun violence group, PAX, hired Imaginary Studio to strategize and design their presence online. Focusing on "7 actions you can do in 2 minutes or less," the site takes an innovative approach to grassroots activism by providing quick, easy ways for users to participate in the movement and tracking their progress as an activist. The site includes targeted, geographic-specific news, designed to keep people across the country informed about gun issues locally and nationally. Working with Jeremy Horland Studio to carry out this vision, Imaginary Studio developed a site which provides users with real tools to make a difference, as well as an effective means for PAX to communicate regularly with its supporters, creating a more united movement in the fight to end gun violence.
